Why use expensive, underskilled American talent? Let them work at McDonalds.
I was watching a report that said that companies are outsourcing less to India because instead of driving wages down here in the U.S. they have actually driven wages up in India. It also said that companies in India were now outsourcing to China and Russia. I haven't heard anything about outsourcing to Korea, though.
