This course, entitled "Exploring Race and Community in the Digital World," is taught this semester by Dr. Carla Martin in the Department of African and African American Studies. It focuses on the many intersections of race, technology, and social entrepreneurship. The class was designed in direct response to student interest and the department's desire to encourage students to pursue non-traditional projects or careers that are socially and digitally engaged.
