Baratunde will be hosting an AFROPUNK After Dark event at Free Candy.

Described by the New York Times as “the most multicultural festival in the US,” AFROPUNK FEST is back in Brooklyn this August for another weekend of live music, vibrant art and good vibes. Occupying 25 venues in the neighborhood of Fort Greene, AFROPUNK AFTER DARK will extend the Festival experience into the streets, bars and restaurants of a moonlit Brooklyn. Featuring celebrity DJ sets, comedy shows, poetry readings and more, this year when the festival stages close down, the party’s only beginning.
