You have asked us time and time again to make our bacon available for sale and while it is April fools, I am not joking when I say that your wish has come true.
 
Thanks to our good friends at Stinky Brooklyn, an amazing shop that specializes in cheese, cured meat, beer and provisions (and located only half a block from
Char No. 4) as of today you can now purchase our house cured and smoked bacon to take to your house. We are sure you will find as we do that a little of our bacon goes a long way towards making most things taste better.

The bacon is $13 per pound, but if you mention this email at Stinky you will get 10% off your bacon purchase for the entire month of April. Enjoy and happy cooking!
